Eat Happy’s Mission is to support you in integrating nutritious and health-supporting foods into your life in delicious and enjoyable ways. Eat Happy was founded by certified health coach Alissa Glenn.
Alissa Glenn started Eat Happy in 2009 after receiving her nutrition training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, the largest nutrition school in the country. At IIN Alissa learned about the power of nutrition and preventative medicine from renowned experts such as Andrew Weil, Mark Hyman, Joel Fuhrman, Neal Barnard, Walter Willett, Depok Chopra, David Katz, and many others. The experience was transformative, and what Alissa learned allowed her to make therapeutic changes to her own health and diet. Since opening Eat Happy Alissa has coached hundreds of individuals through their own transformations.
Before starting Eat Happy Alissa spent several years working as a strategy consultant for Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies. She has a BA in Economics and English from Case Western Reserve University, and a MS in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Alissa lives in Cleveland, OH with her husband and two kids, Alena and Emilia.
